Deb runs eating disorder recovery groups on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. She describes them as a place where “recovery and life meet”, where clients can explore and collaborate with others in a deeply curious and compassionate community. They are based on a long-term psychotherapy model, offering members the opportunity to connect authentically and in turn, bring these skills into their worlds outside of the group.
She also co-leads a co-ed adult group on Wednesday evenings. This group is also long term and is built on the premise that exploration and growth within a safe environment allows for richer, deeper relationships outside of the therapy office.
