Workshops

Deb loves to design and run workshops, as they offer a more intensive, creative way to explore the complexity of recovery and body image healing. Deb saw how difficult it was for her clients to talk about body image and how challenging it was to create the time and space to adequately address and explore these very painful and complex struggles. Her workshops offer the opportunity to fully explore the ways that our emotions get trapped in the shadow of body image and help clients create a three dimensional way to interpret and understand how they hold their histories, their beliefs, their dreams and their fears in their bodies. These workshops frame our body as our teacher, not our tormenter and by deconstructing the unique stories each of our bodies has to tell,  offer the opportunity to move away from only seeing our bodies as two dimensional images and allow us to connect more deeply to the self and truth within them.
